A 10 Year Pineapple Service Agreement. That is 20 seasonal tune-ups for 10 Years, plus all the features and benefits of being a Pineapple Service member.)

On 15 Series Systems, Hospitality offers our exclusive 12, 12, 12 HVAC System Warranties on our heating and air conditioning systems.

On new system installations you will receive:

12 Years on Parts Including the Compressor
12 Years on Labor
A 12 Year Pineapple Service Agreement. That is 24 seasonal tune-ups for 12 Years, plus all the features and benefits of being a Pineapple Service member in our Rock Hill and Columbia service areas.

With this offer, you become a Pineapple Service Member at no additional charge. For the good people in the Rock Hill and Columbia, SC area and Charlotte, NC areas you will also enjoy the features and benefits of our Maintenance Program!

Our Warranty Terms for Rock Hill and Columbia areas we service:

For the year (s) HVAC system warranties agreed upon per your signed proposal.

Warranty Coverage: From Bolts to Motors:

All Parts and Labor on your new system/unit Hospitality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. install are covered for normal wear and tear. This includes includes the following:

Air conditioners compressor, outdoor coil, internal functional parts
Heat pumps compressor, outdoor coil, internal functional parts
Furnaces heat exchanger, internal functional parts
Coils internal functional parts
All-in-One Systems heat exchanger (where applicable), compressor, coil, internal functional parts
Air Handlers internal functional parts
Air Cleaners internal functional parts (excludes filters)
Humidifiers internal functional parts
Controls and Thermostats internal functional parts
Refrigerant
Duct Work (Installed by Hospitality Heating and Air)
Any Shipping Costs

Warranty Transfer:

Your Warranty is Transferable.

What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:

"Acts of God" such as, Lightening/Things of Nature, Motor Vehicle Damage. These things should be turned over to your insurance company.
