HVAC Installations- Determining what is right for your home.

HVAC Installations- Determining what is right for you home.

Here is what we look at initially when determining the best HVAC Installation for our Charlotte, NC, Columbia and Rock Hill, SC customers:

1. The size of your home, which includes your actual layout.

2. The Tonnage you will need: 1.5 Ton - 5 Ton Systems available.

3. The Series/Seer you are looking for to attain maximum comfort and energy savings: 14, 15, 16, 17,18, 20, and 22 Series or SEER.

4. If you need gas heat, then you must factor in the BTUs you will need. A general rule is you need about 20 BTUs for each square foot of living space. But other factors will go into play like ceiling height and the size of your windows and doorways that could change that number.

Based on these and what you are looking for, our experienced technicians can help determine what is the right fit for your home.

HVAC Heating Installation Systems

Here is a list of heating systems we provide to help maintain the temperature in your home with our quality HVAC installations preformed by our trained technicians.

  • Heat Pumps- An electric system that provides heating and air conditioning in one system. A heat pump will usually require a separate air handler to move air from the system throughout the rest of the home by way of your ductwork.
  • Furnaces- These systems burn Natural gas, propane, or oil-fueled heating systems. They come in Variable, 2-Stage, or Single-Stage Heating and work with an air conditioning or heat pump.
  • Gas Pack Systems- Packaged Heat Pumps or Gas Packaged systems are in an all-in-one housing cabinet. That means your system and air handler are all in one convenient space.
  • Geo-Thermal- Highly energy efficient.  You can take advantage of heating power straight from the ground through underground pipes that are custom designed for your home.
  • Ductless (Mini-Split)- If you have a Sunroom, Garage, or a Bonus Room, ductless systems are great at helping heat those rooms. They automatically adjust to each room and can be controlled independently.

Remember, our Heating and Air Conditioning Installations start with a Free System Estimate to determine the best system to meet your needs.

Ductless or Mini-Split System Installations- Hospitality Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mini-Split or Ductless Systems- HVAC System Installations

Heating and Air Conditioning Installations for Mini- Split or Ductless Systems are great for rooms that might need a little extra help and areas where a duct system may not be the best option, for example, a bonus room, workshop, garage, or sunroom.

HVAC Ductless systems are quiet, comfortable, and designed for minimal maintenance for your air conditioning and heating needs.

A convenient feature for this type of system is the remote-control. You can easily operate the temperature from the comfort of your couch, or you can download the app associated with your mini-split system. Control it from anywhere, at any time!

These operate on a system of a single outdoor and indoor unit (the head).

There are a couple of different mounting "heads" including:

  • Ceiling Cassette
  • Wall Mount
  • Floor Standing

Mini-Split systems also use less electricity than a central AC and heating system. Just remember in a larger home, these systems are not typically the most economical for an entire home,  just rooms that need a little boost.

They are general priced around or a little lower than what a traditional AC system would cost for the size and layout of your home.

One of our trained technicians can help you determine the best HVAC installation process. Our Mini-Split estimates are also Free!  We offer this solution to residents in Charlotte, NC, Columbia and Rock Hill, SC.  Contact Us Today!
