Of course everyone loves to breathe fresh air. But seriously, how do you know you are? Regular filters are great at keeping your system healthy, but could you use an extra layer of protection if it meant you were doing your very best to keep your body healthy?
These odors are called VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). These are a large group of chemicals that are found in many products we use to build and maintain our homes. Once these chemicals are in our homes, they are released or “off-gas” into the indoor air we breathe.
In other words, Yuck!
Having an indoor air quality product is a great way of reducing the VOCs in your home.
Commonly known as "Dirty Sock Syndrome". This is typically a result of moisture build up in your evaporator coil and causes mold and mildew. Also, not changing your air filter can speed this process up as well.
There is a product that helps with this and cleans your coil with a UVC light. Ask one of our friendly representatives about the Blue Tube UV.
Dander... All pets have it (even the hypoallergenic ones). This can be a constant cause of odor in your home, and you are not only smelling it but ingesting it into your body. Giving a loving scratch behind the ears equals particles flying around in the air.
Don't be upset with Fido, an indoor air quality product can be the solution.
You spend more time in doors than you think, and that air is recirculating throughout your home. Sometimes you need a bit more filtrating in your home to capture the dust, pollen, and dander that can trigger an asthma attack or a sneezing fit, runny nose, etc.
Adding a heavier duty filtration system and possibly combining the filtration with a UVC product can be an important tool that reduces these particles in your home to help you breathe better.
Did you know UVC light is known to kill viruses and bacteria's and more? Raise your hand if killing germs in your home is what you need.
